Instructions

First choose the profile that best represents your situation. Then for each Activity on the profile, you will be asked to rate yourself on a scale from 0 to 5 in three areas:

Ability to perform the Activity
Ability is made up of four elements: knowledge, skill, experience and physical resources. For each activity, ask yourself, "On a scale of 0 to 5 - with 0 being "clueless" and 5 being "mastery" - how would I rate my Ability to perform this activity?" and select your answer from the drop down box located under the Ability column.

Challenge or difficulty of the Activity
Challenge is made up of abstract variables such as opinions, emotions, hunches, instinct and intuition. For each activity, ask yourself, "On a scale of 0 to 5 - with 0 being "effortless" and 5 being "impossible" - how would I rate the challenge or difficulty of performing that activity?" and select your answer from the drop down box located under the Challenge column.

Importance of the Activity
Importance reflects priorities, preferences and deadlines. For each activity, ask yourself, "On a scale of 0 to 5 - with 0 being "insignificant" and 5 being "critical" - how would I rate the Importance of performing this activity?" and select your answer from the drop down box located under the Importance column.
